Born in a small town in Garda Lake, Italy, Chef Denis started as an apprentice cook at the age of 15. He began working in restaurants by the lake to learn and gain experiences. After attaining his degree in a culinary institute, Caterina de Medici, he went on to learn traditional Italian and territory cusine in a restaurant, Antica Trattoria le Rose, in Salò for 3 years.

Then Denis went to London and work in a restaurant, Il Quirinale, where he was a Commis Chef. He was quickly promoted to a Sous Chef. His curiosity to learn more moved him to Rome, where he stayed in a 5 star hotel, Eden for 1 year as a Chef de Partie. Before moving off from Italy to Asia, he went back to his hometown for another year in a 1 Michelin star restaurant, Esplanade in Desenzano. Chef Denis's strong passion for cooking allows him to get inspirations and ideas easily to create new dishes every now and then.
With over 20 year of experience in the Hospitality Industry, Roberto Ame brings his skill and knowledge to Gattopardo.

A humble beginning as a Commis at Ristorante Flipot in Torre Pellice, 2 Michelin stars in Italy, Roberto worked his way up over the years and successfully handled aspects at Gualtiero Marchesi, Father of the modern Italian cuisine Restaurant, 3 stars Michelin in Erbusco, Milan and new openings for Restaurants & Hotels around Italy and USA for the prestigious Turin Hotels International.

He came to Singapore in the year 2009, where he joined the Garibaldi Group in the later part of the year bringing along his expertise and knowledge to them.
A French native, Solange Brunelle, Guest Relations Manager of Gattopardo has 5 years experience in the F&B industry from her days back in Paris, France.
A warm and charming person, Solange has the perfect personality for a guest relation as she makes each guest feels welcome when they are at the restaurant.
The Assistant Restaurant Manager at Gattopardo with a Specialist Diploma in Hospitality Management, Fabian has over 8 years' experience in the Hospitality Industry in Germany, England and Australia.
He was part of the opening team at Gattopardo at the beginning of 2010 and he manages the Wine Cellar consisting of over 300 labels of some which are considered to be the 'Best of the Best' Italian Wines.

Fabian has also achieved a Certificate specializing in Italian wines from the Italian Chamber of Commerce, Singapore (ICCS).
Starting out in the Food and Beverage outlet in the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Mike has also worked and acquired his fine dining experience at Les Amis and Iggy's Restaurant.

With these skills, Mike remains a humble person who greets you with his wide smile and gives you the best service you could get in town.
Prior to joining Tisettanta Lounge she has worked for Marriott Hotels International in England and Australia for over 4 years. Having worked in England, Australia and Singapore in the culturally diverse hospitality industry she has had the opportunity to work with a bartending school whilst working at Cloudland, 'Brisbane's Best Venue' and become a qualified Barista.

Techniques learnt on CAD (Computer Aided Design) from her Bachelor's degree in Design Management have been implemented into the creative marketing for both Gattopardo and Tisettanta Lounge.
Bhavisha is the Lounge Manager of the newly established Tisettanta Lounge located right outside of Gattopardo Restaurant.
Alessandro arrives in Singapore to join Gattopardo as their Bar Manager and alongside he brought his inept talent of creating and concocting one-of-a-kind cocktails for the bar.

He started his career 15 years ago in Rimini, Italy preparing cocktails and over the years work his way up running bars across Italy, latest being the swanky Globe Restaurant & Lounge Bar in Milan before arriving to the Lion City.
