Gattopardo Ristorante di Mare is a seafood specialty restaurant in Singapore. Our chefs offer variety of premium seasonal seafood cooked in Sicilian style. Our signature dishes include Salt Baked Fish, Arancini, Sicilian Red Prawns, Caponata, Busiate al Pesto Trapanese, Pasta ala Norma, and Cannolo. As part of our effort to reduce food wastage in the world and to ensure that we serve you the freshest ingredients and reduce food wastage, we no longer serve a-la-carte menu. Instead, we offer executive set lunch, degustation menu and omakase.
