Chef Giovanni being a true blue Sicilian has been upholding his roots and taste bud. By being 15,000km away from home does not means he will compromise on his culture and culinary style.
Chef Kenneth is part of the Gattopardo opening team since 2011. He has a penchant for simplicity, where every element on the dish needs to “have meaning on the plate – even if it’s just a sprig of parsley.”
Being passionate in Sicilian wine, our restaurant manager cum Sommelier Mr Giedrius Lazutka combine his service and managerial expertise, wine knowledge and philosophy serving alongside a dedicated team give Gattopardo a warm and engaging ambiance.

Our Food Philosophy
Sicilian cuisine is impacted by it's a deep-rooted history and culture, celebrating the multi-racial influences from Greek, Spanish, French and Arabic. Sicily made up with multicultural background and food is more important than anything else, just like in Singapore!
At Gattopardo, we focus on ingredients with simple cooking techniques, highlighting the main star of the dish - sustainable seafood and using natural ingredients. Thereby transforming them into Sicilian style dishes such as our signature Salt Baked Fish, Arancini, Sicilian Red Prawns, Caponata, Busiate al Pesto Trapanese, Pasta all Norma, Cannolo and many more.
