The innovation of 2020 in the confectionery Fiascoanaro. It is an unusual combination of aromas and flavors! The taste of prickly pears in combination with the aromas of the roses. The classic Sicilian soft wheat flour dough, water, natural yeast, fresh egg yolk, fresh butter, honey, sugar and Madagascar vanilla, are enriched with rose petals and pink chocolate chips. This already excellent palette was embellished with prickly pear jam, and covered with white chocolate icing and pink chocolate petals. A panettone that promises an unforgettable experience.


Ingredients chosen and selected exclusively from the island’s production such as sugar, vanilla, citrus honey, hazelnuts, stimulate the palate with unexpected combinations of flavors and aromas.

A slow and gradual leavening, which naturally reaches completion within thirty-six hours, guarantees quality and fragrance to baked goods, in full respect of Madonite confectionery traditions.
